How much will I have to pay for your service?

To ensure your property is professionally maintained and looked after, a 20% management fee is deducted from the guest’s rental fee.

How often will my home be occupied?

We aim to have your property occupied for 75% of the year, however, this depends on the home’s location, usage, and seasonality.

What are the benefits?

Homeowners can expect increased income (10-20% more than with a yearly lease), the flexibility of using the property themselves, the freedom of not being tied to a yearly contract, and even the ability to rent their property while it’s listed for sale.

Are haus & haus licensed?

Yes – we are a leading, fully licensed holiday home operator.

What happens if something is damaged during a stay?

This is highly unlikely, but we do ensure to take a security deposit from every guest booking to cover any damages that might occur.
